We are currently facing the following problem :
We are facing an error when trying to sign a pdf document with an id card. Adobe Reader doesn't respond anymore, and crashes.
This problem happens only on computers where adobe reader 11.0.3 is installed via a group policy. I've made several tests, and concludes that when adobe is installed from the .msi file, signatures don't work. (manuel installation, msiexec, etc...)
When adobe is installed from the file "AdbeRdr11003.exe", I don't have any problem. But of course my objectif is to deploy adobe reader from the server with a group policy.
Am I the only one facing this problem? How can the .msi installer be modified to allow users to uses signatures?
